If dear leader was to kick the bucket, would his supporters rally behind Vance?
My guess is that Stephen Miller knows that Vance can’t hold three pieces of paper together and will try to ramp up martial law to retain power. Which they don’t have the manpower to do without the actual military who likely would not follow such orders. The national guard would likely start doing malicious compliance at best and ICE flat out doesn’t have enough people to control blocks of a city let alone the country. I can’t even imagine where things would go from there.
