Like the title says. Stated getting this notification every time I open fennec.
The push service application is no longer available. It may have been uninstalled. Please re-inable UnifiedPush.
Is this something I should do or is there a way to turn this off?
It’s likely a bug: https://gitlab.com/relan/fennecbuild/-/work_items?show=eyJpaWQiOiIxNzYiLCJmdWxsX3BhdGgiOiJyZWxhbi9mZW5uZWNidWlsZCIsImlkIjoxODY5NDI0MzF9
Personally, I’m waiting to see what the devs say, but if it gets on your nerves, you can hide the notification in the Android settings.
I’m just not sure, if it is maybe needed again at a later point, which is why I’m holding off.If you’re privacy conscious, then UnifiedPush is a good alternative to Google’s solution for push notifications.
Go to settings > notifications and turn off unified push. It’s a bug, someone posted the gitlab link further up.
