The wars of US-imperialism further sharpen the acceleration of a new burst of world economic crisis and a worsening of life conditions of the Masses (pushed by inflation). The Chinese Real Estate Bubble, the difficulties of the Chinese imperialists to increase internal consumption, adds up to the bubble of the big tech companies of USA (who control 40% of US-stock capital).
Not only is the PRC not imperialist, it’s also succeeding in its goals of boosting domestic consumption. While I appreciate the May Day celebration, the MLM error is on full display here.
I’m not fully convinced by any sides of that discussion. Nor I dismiss arguments. Just learning, really.
Fair enough. I recommend the essay I linked regarding the allegations of China as “imperialist,” and Problems with Maoism for an introduction to the Marxist-Leninist problems with the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist position in general. Mao was a brilliant Marxist-Leninist, don’t get me wrong, but Maoism as an ideology invented by post-Mao people is not.
