That’s how I look at patients when I’m encouraging them

Yeah these are fun. Men (and some women) in my family have hearty lung capacity. My dad was a lifelong smoker and always passed this for respirator use during his annual physical. I actually surprised a nurse once with the highest score she’d seen in 20 years on the job. It’s not particularly useful, unless one of us wishes to be heard from about a county away lol.

A measurement technique that doubles as a score is absolutely terrible.
