This is the second part of the executive summary of the "Elimination Project: Israel’s Systematic Dismantling of Palestinian Collective Life in the West Bank." The Israeli human rights organization B’Tselem released this report on September 14, 2026. It provides a comprehensive, historical outline of the systematic effort by the Israeli government and its entire repressive apparatus to eventually cleanse the occupied territories, and perhaps even Israel proper, of all Palestinians.
