I am allowed to pay rent at nearly double what a mortgage would be and this is financially allowed.

Ah gotcha. I guess people will be people but I wish it wasn’t so easy to divide us so we could work to common good and change but I know that’s just a dream.

My parents are in their 80’s and my wife is older than me and they are the only people who really matter to me. I don’t have other family.

When they go I will go too. I don’t see how I will be able to live on my own.
