I‘ve got this one too. It smells like dry hay or straw to me.

Some have no holes. Seems pretty inconvenient to use as a loom that way. Some were too small for knitting.

You’ll never make it.

The liberal establishment always abandons effective fellow liberals. Sanders, Mamdani, Thunberg…they’re actually trying to do something. That makes the established neolibs look ineffective and upsets their donors. So they turn their backs on the rabble rousers.

My friend, this isn’t about how to build a car, and I don’t know why you’re trying to force it. This is about spending money if you have it and want to spend it on something relatively unknown. It’s what OP asked for. Not a lesson on building an 8 second track car.

The point of this was what people might not know about that you can buy if you’ve got 6 figure $ burning a hole in your pocket.
Not how to build a budget fun AF Honda that will blow up after the Nth overboost.

DIY race car, street legal. ~$55k for the base car, $30k for engine and transmission. Then add all the rest for things like tires ($2k) and whatever further refinements you’d want as an owner. All told, probably $110k DIY minimum. Play with your choices here. Cheaper than any modern supercar, even the used ones.

Is one of those features not taking 2-3 minutes to start and removing the need for it to sync the entire email account over 5 - 10 minutes after loading? I like the program, but it’s clunky and slow. Couldn’t see paying for “pro” if that’s the finished product.

Any of the vapid and shallow trends. From tiktok “challenges” to the Stanley mug craze. All designed to separate the individual from their money and sense.

Because compared to America everyone else’s “shit” is 10x better than our “none at all”.

Personally I don’t care for the trend that is RGB EvReyWhERe!!1!1! MoRe!1!1! Especially in what amounts to pretty normal cases. Just a box with a bunch of bolt on lights and fans. Yay?
I far more admire a computer where someone has taken the time to actually invest some customization that took skill. Bending watercool hard tubing around a hand made or modified case. Lights are fine for accent or drama, but not as a misrepresentation of uniqueness or effort.

Just saw this earlier.

The gravy seals are the ultimate keyboard warriors.

“Single with 3 roommates at a crap job just moved in” style.

No. Just another way to mine for data.

People who think they’re an island. I don’t know how to describe it. People who operate like little effort should be expended on the fact that other humans exist around them and they’re part of society along with some responsibility for that society. Doesn’t matter if it’s stopping in the middle of a busy sidewalk in a group and blocking it, driving the speed limit in the passing lane, or utterly destroying the use of spelling, grammar, and punctuation in an online post forcing the reader to translate it into something meaningful. People unwilling to return the courtesies and efforts those around them offer by default.
Water does have tastes. Hard to believe others don‘t notice it.
