When you use a stock rom/non custom rom with GPS removed (through adb or root) and you want to install an app from Google Play, you can’t launch the app and it gives you a warning saying to install the app from Google Play, this is because of Google Play Integrity Check

What I did to make it work is use the pre-installed other app store that you have on your phone like the Samsung Galaxy Store, the store and the apps it distributes doesn’t rely on Google Play Services (or at least in my experience)

Idk if they have open bootloader, but by my post I meant installing Chrome OS on a device that isn’t necessarily a Chromebook, smth that has Windows MacOS or Linux pre-installed
