I have a plastic version, and it was great until it was no longer sharp. I’ll be picking up the one posted by JimmyBigSausage. Seems pretty versatile

lol, true. The original remodel was done in '97, which is when I think the deepest layer is from. Who the fuck knows what they did.
Should have mentioned the surround is plastic and the front glass is trimmed in brass. Nothing I would expect grout to be used on.
Fortunately I know where the leak was coming from. It is where the surround meets the glass front and pan. The surround is plastic, not tile, and was clearly leaking from the corner.
It is a plastic surrounding, but nothing I would care about cosmetic damage.
Actually that helps a lot. I have a shitty plastic scraper and just a basic metal one. That shape would probably do a lot of good.
The top layers are, but the stuff underneath is pretty hard. Comes off in chunks and seems pretty dry. I have managed to get a lot of it out, but the last bit is stubborn as hell.
My partner and I recently did a playthrough with me at the controls and her making all the decisions, even play style. The third act of the base game fell pretty flat for both of us, and some of the forced decisions were very annoying.
Killing our horse (named Nobu) was just fucking brutal. It led us to really dislike the poor, temporary horse we got. “FUCK YOU, NOT NOBU” was a common epithet
We immediately played the DLC and thought it was great, and the collectables/shrines were different enough it felt fresh. The story wasn’t much to write home about, but the visuals were great. It was nice to have a new biome without it being one that doesn’t exist in Tsuahima (looking at you, snow).
The issue is, at least in the US, the “riff raff” is usually just unhoused people looking for a place to do their business in private and maybe wash up a bit. Adding a paywall to public restrooms is just cruel.
Apartments are for sure a problem area. In my last place we were able to trade parking spots to the one below our deck. We were able to run an extension to the spot below our balcony, but not everyone is that lucky
For sure drive your car until the wheels fall off, but all cars have some kind of proprietary software on them. It is a big sticking point in the fight for right to repair. As far as free goes, Tesla and BMW are really the only ones being shitty about subscriptions and shit like that in their software. I have a VW ID.4 and never have to pay anything to use the software.
The cost is certainly a factor, but the thing about fueling up quick is a mindset shift. Imagine instead of fueling up once or twice a week, you start everyday at Full. The places the charge time becomes relevant is road trips, and there are currently cars that can go from 25-80% in 15 minutes. While that is not all, most of them do it in 20-30 minutes. On any road trip that is enough time to use the restroom or grab a bite. Having done road trips in an EV, the longer stops and potentially adding a couple extra stops does not significantly effect arrival time, and I feel way less fatigued when arriving.
I had not considered that many kids. Yeah, not really much on the market. Subaru needs to get their shit together
I’ve seen bolts and bolt EUVs in stock pretty readily, but Not sure which GM EV you are referencing. If you are still looking for a small SUV, I really like the Nissan Aryia and VW ID.4, and those should be easy to get. Kia dealers are shit almost across the board, and I have doubts about longevity.
I am not a fan of the Guardian, but according to the subject of the article (they call him Li), he is a dissident and was under active investigation. I don’t think they would have just let him leave
I have an ID.4, and their software is pretty trash. I can’t imaging adding GPT will help with anything at all. Good news is that Android Auto works really well on their vehicles. The only reason I have to use the VW is climate.
