I don’t use Windows, except in a VM as absolutely necessary. Problem solved.

Not to mention the fact that you could get a mandatory visit to a padded room if you tell them the wrong thing, sometimes at your own expense.

Apparently they’re doing it to comply with the EU’s Digital Services Act. But they’re doing it in the USA too.
