They definitely want your photo. They will photograph / scan your face everytime you fly.

This is already the case.

How does one fill them in without it looking like you have a mess of glue on your fingers

A simple layer of superglue.

Reader View is working for me with that website. The only issue is that it writes out the phrase “link opens in New tab” after every link.

Do you have cookie settings or extensions that might be interfering with something?
