That’s perfect, that’s where I communicate to people what the voices are telling me! I expect they’ll just start showering me with money when I begin the ritual ejaculation.
Homeless, I just spend all day at the public library. Where do we go to to trade in all the upvotes for cash?
I find happiness getting lost in projects, projects being anything & everything from writing to designing to stuff around the house to whatever. Just something that gets me obsessed for at least a few days or weeks. I can’t predict when it will happen, it just has to be a sufficient problem for me to look at.
I also find happiness with some people, but that sort of happiness is unpredictable as well since people have their own lives going on and feelings can change over time. Getting too close to people though can just as easily make my life feel meaningless and make me depressed when things turn sour. I tend to crave affection and physical touch, so this is a hard one for me to just ignore this.
Forgetfulness. Think how forgetful people get after having lived a normal lifespan, now go for a few thousand+ years and you’ve probably forgotten whole centuries of your life. This is actually the premise of a solo journaling game Thousand Year Old Vampire, you have to cross out and forget memories as you progress through the game, just forgetting whole parts of your life.
It’s a bit nipply in here, huh?
Played it at launch and I’ve never had the desire to jump back into it since beating it the first time. I never had major issues with bugs or anything, the story was just on rails, there was no point in jumping back into it to play the same story all over again. Like yea, I guess they changed some systems and mechanics, but whatever.
Don’t stick your dick in crazy and whatever you do, don’t get married or buy a house together.

Sucking my best friend’s dick. I’m sorry, but if my friend is having a bad day, giving him a bro-job is not gay.
Just got over that portion of being sick, but it’s evolved into a persistent cough now that’s hurting my abdomen I’m coughing so much. At one point I had to have two “stations” set up, a hot station for cooling down and cold station for warming back up. I would just bounce back and forth between the two as my temperature swung around wildly.
Just not using turn signals in general and lack of road etiquette is enough for me to judge people pretty verbally in my car, though nobody else ever hears it, so I guess it counts as a secret. You’re driving a machine that can kill people out of negligence, the least you can fucking do is show some common courtesy and signal what you’re intending to do with it and what direction you’re going to move. People have more common courtesy when they’re walking on the street and no danger to others, yet they moment they’re behind a wheel and much more dangerous, it’s like they have nothing but middle fingers for everybody else around them.
I’m going to start saying that when asked about my birth year. “The late 1900s”
Murder ballads. I don’t know that it’s a genre of music per se, so much that it’s a subject that people have sung about across different genres. It’s just so antithetical to what we normally consider music, normally it’s love songs and such. Epic examples include:
In English we’ll say, “Your other <right/left>”, depending on which direction the person is messing up.
“Sperm whale”
No change to this name necessary.
If anything, society collapses and the very wealthy carve out fiefdoms for themselves and re-create medieval feudalism. They tell people they have a God-ordained to rule over the “small folk” and they continue on living like kings, albeit in a post-apocalyptic setting.
It seems believable given the story of the “Radium Girls”, workers who painted radioactive paint on watch dials to make them glow. They’d lick the tips of the brushes when they got too frayed… which eventually led to cancer.
I don’t particularly care about them and they seem mostly useless at my company. We don’t have any onsite HR reps that I know of, everything is more or less done electronically with them, and we end up performing most of the “normal” HR functions within our dept by ourselves. The only reason I know HR even exists is because we have to fill out our own performance reviews every year and we have these dumb SMART goals they make us do, which are the bane of my existence.
You might try finding a classroom or area that isn’t being used on a consistent basis. So maybe the band practice area or an arts/crafts class or library or some place, you may want to check with a teacher beforehand. It can be hard with school though, depending on how locked down they have you. For myself personally when I was in school 20+ years ago, I was able to retreat into myself with headphones and music, I was able to block everyone around me out no matter where I was at. Sometimes you can even just walk the halls, walking by itself has been my go-to therapy methods, just walk away and get a change of scenery for awhile. Everyone needs mental health breaks if things are getting overwhelming.
Also, remember that school essentially stops mattering after you get out. Yes, it’s important to graduate and get a diploma, but you’re likely to rarely see those same people ever again after you graduate. I’m 43 and I still have days like that where it feels like no one cares, and I’ve got a partner with kids, it’s tough sometimes.
If it was before I’d had my kids, probably. Now with my kids existing in the world, I’d essentially be deleting their existences too, so no.
