This morning my son started his advent calendar.
My wife said to him, “it’s too bad they don’t make a Pew Pew Advent Calendar for your father!”
It is, indeed, too bad…
If there were such a thing, what games should there be in a Shmup advent calendar, keeping in mind that Advent calendars are not all winners? There should be a mix of old, new, mediocre, and good.

That would be fun! I’d throw a couple of proto shmups in there like Galaga or Galplus, just for historical interest.
