Multiple explosions rang out and low-flying aircraft swept through Caracas, the capital, as Maduro's government immediately accused the United States of attacking civilian and military installations.
It is plausible that China sees is as a breather from USA’s pressure on East Asia (remember Japan’s statements about Taiwan?).
But their take on this plausibility makes my blood boil. It’s just pure unadulterated copaganda slop with zero info on current political landscape.
