🇮🇷🇮🇶🇺🇸🇮🇱 一 The NYT, citing Iraqi security officials, reports that the United States ordered Iraq to shut down its radar systems during the two confrontations with Iran “to protect American aircraft.” According to the report, the base that operated in Iraq during the war with Iran in June 2025 proved “highly effective.” Iraq says it has long suspected that Israel operates a base in the area and has sought answers from the U.S. military, but has received no response.
