I quit my job for a fresh start and will take a year out but am a little anxious about getting a new one.

my whole life of problems falling apart because I have non visable disability and ‘I literally don’t have the energy to do this’ means nothing to everyone and it’s just a matter of time before the next thing and next thing and next thing break when I fail to keep that ball in the air just long enough and the anxiety is also killing me and I’m stuck in a situation where I have no real control over my life at all and I’m idioticly considering getting back with my ex to just have stability even though they’re a nightmare and shitty to our kids
